Do you shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely! We can travel near or far, and have on several occasions! A custom wedding package will be created along with travel expenses. (P.S.- our favorite destination wedding was in the Dominican Republic!)
Will there be a second shooter?
Great question! Because we are a husband + wife team, we always shoot together as 2 photographers, unless it's for event or lifestyle. In a lifestyle session you still get us as a team for direction and styling, just one shooter. Events will either be Carlos or Ashley, depending on availability.
When should I expect to receive my photos?
For weddings - We do our best to edit your beautiful photos and have your gallery delivered in 12 weeks or less!
All other session types are usually delivered within 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise.
What is the deposit?
We require a 30% retainer fee and a contract, for whichever photo collection you choose. This will hold your date and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before session date.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Of course not! We do have purchase options to buy your digital files, and we can send it with a print release to go wherever you'd like. HOWEVER.. we would recommend using our high quality print lab, which is very convenient to order when viewing your images on our gallery. Just pick, click and it ships! Much easier, and true professional quality over any local pharmacy.
